We've called it The Annexe as it's totally self contained with private self access & Ring doorbell allowing takeway deliveries to come direct to you. The room is cosy & very comfortable for a special night away or weekend. We're centrally located within 20 mins walk of the city centre. Within the room you have a fridge freezer, microwave & kettle with tea / coffee and snacks. Fresh linen, towels included. En suite bathroom & electric shower.

Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Please note we have a toddler born in April 2022 so cannot guarantee a completely quiet night!

As a host, I'm easy-going and love welcoming people into my home. Kings Heath is a great neighbourhood, offering great parks, a bustling high street and easy access to Birmingham city centre. It's easy to get to by car and public transport. My spare room is upstairs, and right next to the shared bathroom.
