Her kan du slappe af med familien og nyde de fredfyldte omgivelser, herunder den nærliggende skov, hvor der lever vildsvin. Huset, der er bygget i 1776, emmer af gamle dage på landet. De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.
