beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Pittoreskt hus intill badstrand

Liten mysig fiskelänga med strandtomt och hänförande utsikt över havet. Sandstranden precis nedanför huset är lika attraktiv sommartid med badbrygga och strandbar, som vintertid för härliga promenader. Flera sittgrupper i olika etage. Huset ligger mitt i kustbyn Svarte, 6 km från Ystad. Mycket goda kommunikationer ca 150 meter från huset, tåg till Ystad och Simrishamn eller Malmö och Köpenhamn. Buss mellan Ystad och Trelleborg ca 100 meter bort. Cykelvägen Sydkustleden går längs denna väg.

Mit 2 Schlafzimmern und einem zusätzlichen Durchgangszimmer alle jeweils mit Doppelbett, bietet das Ferienhaus bequem Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Eine offene Küche, ein Duschbad, einen schönen Wohn/Essbereich mit Kamin plus HWR mit WM und Trockner findet Ihr im EG.

Nach liebevoller detailgetreuer Sanierung sind 6 Ferienwohnungen im Stile von Reihenhäusern entstanden. Die zur Gartenseite gelegene Wohnung 4 bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Fahr ans Meer. Mache Ferien in einem ehemaligen Schulhaus. Unser 100 Jahre altes Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen in einem kleinen Dorf auf Westrügen, einer der weniger touristischen Ecken Rügens. Wenn Du Lust auf Natur und Ruhe hast, dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig. Kleine Ausflüge nach Hiddensee, Kap Arkona oder einfach einen langen Spaziergang zum Meer und abends in der Sonne auf unserem Hof sitzen oder im Winter den Kachelofen anmachen und einen Tee genießen.

There is space for up to five people on 80 square meters with two separate bedrooms and a spacious living/dining room. You can walk to the beach in just 5 minutes. In the west-facing garden you can enjoy a relaxed bbq, sunbathe in the beach chair on cooler days or treat yourself to some wellness in the private sauna!

Skøn ferielejlighed i det naturskønne Nysted. Lejligheden er indrettet i at gammelt bindingsværkshus der stammer tilbage fra 1761. Indrettet med køkken, skøn stue med gammel porcelænskakkelovn, eget badeværelse, hyggelige soveværelse med dobbeltseng, egen udgang til lukket gårdhave. Hyggelig dobbelt alkove, bedst egnet til børn. Egen indgang til lejligheden fra gaden. Ca. 50 m fra havnen. Det hele oser af autentisk byhus romantik.

Vor der Unterkunft befinden sich eine ausreichende Parkfläche. Die Wohnung ist eine ausgebaute Landarbeiterkate des Gutshofes Frankenthal mit kräftigem sichtbarem Gebälk.. Der ursprüngliche Charakter ist erhalten geblieben, aber die Ausstattung ist zeitgemäß und modern. Neuzeitlicher Standard im verspieltem historischem Ambiente......hell und einladend mit weiten Blicken auf Natur und Landschaft
