The house is spacious and clean. 10 minutes drive to town, 3 minutes to Hospital and 5 minutes to Kubang Gajah Waterpark and Hogoh De Coco. The house is suitable for family or colleagues (same gender). There is another 2 units located behind Izzy 1, named Izzy 2 and Izzy 3. All 3 bedrooms and living room are equipped with air-condition and ceiling fan. Shower water heater in master bathroom only. The house has wifi, unifi tv, youtube and newly built an indoor private pool.
