Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

The house is fully furnished with most basic household needs including a full size washer & dryer. The yard is fenced. The front room of this house (bedroom) is the original one room pioneer's home which was built in the late 1890's. The back portion was built approximately 100 years later by the current owner.
