Spacious open-plan kitchen & scullery and brand new top-of-the range appliances including Jura coffee machine, wine fridge, washer, dryer, dishwasher etc. Lounge, with ocean views features large 65 inch TV with local cable (DSTV), Netflix & new, centrally controlled indoor and outdoor music system. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps which is a flight of steps from the road - either up to Kloof Road or down to Victoria Road (Victoria Rd accesses the beach.) No private parking. You will have to climb steps. As a designated SUPERHOST I am here to help as needed. I give my guests the privacy they require but am available via WatsApp or text message. If you need me, I am just a message or phone call away! The home is in Clifton, an exclusive residential suburb of Cape Town that showcases 4 immaculate beaches. The V&A Waterfront is a great day out for shopping, visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and taking Robben Island boat trips. If you are getting around - there is a very reliable bus transport system called MyCiTi. It’s safe & reliable. Also open-top Sightseeing buses are a great way to see the City and surrounds. But mostly visitors and locals use Uber - its quick, fast & cheap. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms don't have TV's. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps street which is a flight of steps from the road, up or down, to the home depending on which way you arrive from. So you will have to climb steps. There is no private parking.

Situated on the Western Cape’s famous Atlantic Seaboard, Clifton is noted for the shelter it is given from the prevailing South Westerly winds during April to March and protection from the North Westerly winds in the winter time. Its four dazzling white granite sand beaches are separated by granite boulders. All the beaches are Blue Flag which means that safety is maximised and the impact of tourism on the environment is controlled. State of the art security linked up to armed response company 24/7. Alarm and keypad and electric fence. Pool and garden are available to guests that make your accommodation unique and special. We have keys and a keypad for access into the bungalow. We will check you in personally. I am available by phone and email. We have two staff available onsite each day to assist with whatever is needed. Clifton Third Beach is one of the most famous locations and beach in the world. This magnificent bungalow is located a few steps away from the ocean and beach and comprises everything you need for a glorious holiday on the beach. Enjoy swimming in the pool overlooking the ocean, watch glorious sunsets and relax on the sun loungers on the deck. The bungalow is a kilometer away from restaurants, night life and shops in Camps Bay and Sea point. Car and Uber is best way to get around or walk on beautiful beach front. From the airport use either an Uber or taxi and use the address 22 Victoria Rd Clifton. Then when you arrive you will be at the parking and bus stop of third beach clifton. Walk down the steps opposite to the bus stop side keeping left until you reach bungalow 26 at the bottom a few steps away from the beach. You can always call us on arrival and we will fetch you from the parking as well. Since the bungalow is self catering, a cleaning service is needed at approximately R250-R350 per day. Each bedroom is made up of 3 king beds that can be separated into 2 single beds in each room on request.

A small terrace invites you to sit outside for breakfast or sundowners. From the lounge a staircase leads downstairs to the basement with it's bedroom, a passage to the bathroom(shower only)and the dressing room. The King size bed can be separated and configured into single beds. Our guests are invited to sit in the beautifully landscaped garden on their own terrace with sun loungers and side table or enjoy the big swimming pool . From here stunning views over the whole bay and the surrounding mountains as well as spectacular sunsets will delight your senses. We respect the privacy of our guests yet we enjoy to extend hospitality and the feeling of home from home .We are available under the same roof to advise,support,recommend and help our guests to make their stay a memorable one. Camps Bay offers restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, and different beaches. It has been officially declared the safest area of Cape Town, due to privately organised street patrols and security companies. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. MyCity bus stop is circa 400m away on Geneva Drive with one route clockwise and another anticlockwise to transport visitors either to town or downhill to the Promenade .
