This is a fully equipped, studio apartment at Northwest Square in DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church building. Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment is fully ADA accessible with a king sized bed, full kitchen, and curb-less shower.

We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

Farm life at its best! Located right next to our tree farm, bass stocked pond with dock on property, decor is Palm trees, Exotic Zebra farm life. There is a Chicken coop to feed chickens and gather eggs (if they are laying). Pasture with miniature Mediterranean donkey, ( Pablo) Zebra. (Ruby ) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo), pig, (Georgia ) and a lamb (Grady ). I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically. We also have a beautiful venue you can rent for a weddings or an an event.

Cute and small private studio that is located behind the main home with a private entrance and separate driveway with privacy fence away from the main home. The space offers a comfortable queen bed, 32 inch smart TV, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen utensils. The shower is separate from the toilet room. Pet friendly with a good size yard. Grocery store, convenience store, and coffee shop all within walking distance. Less than 2 miles to downtown Deland.

Simple, clean two bedroom APT walk to Stetson (#2)

This is a first floor apartment in a 1925 building that was fully renovated in 2015. There's a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The screened in back porch contains the full sized washer and dryer that guests are free to use and the back door opens to a good sized back yard (shared space). The apartment is walking distance to Stetson University and about a mile from DeLand's award winning downtown. There's reserved parking for one car.
