The main floor bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom located beside it. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and also has a full bathroom next to it. The large loft has a sleeper sofa that will sleep two as well as a dedicated workspace area. The basement level has a rec room with a sleeper sofa, half bath and laundry. Come and enjoy nature.

Charming garage apartment with private entrance. Detached from the house on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Furnished with a full size bed, a twin mattress, air mattress, WiFi, smart tv, microwave, dorm size fridge, coffee pot, dishes, linens, towels. The apartment is located above our detached garage across the driveway from our home. It is very private as there are no windows facing our home.

Located in the heart of Three Rivers Wine Trail, there are plenty of wineries to visit, as well as our favorite local brewery, the Wooly Pig. There’s a large hot tub to enjoy on the deck outside that is big enough for 8 people.

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
