Enjoy collecting eggs for breakfast from our chicken coop, playing with our 6 goats, walking our wooded trails, or kayaking the river. 4 Kayaks Included!!! Feel free to wander our 14 acres or just relax by the river. The RV has a full bathroom, with small shower. It has a stove, microwave, fridge, a grill, and all the necessities to fix a great meal. Will consider a dog on a case by case basis due to neighbors all being dog owners. $250 pet fee

Relax at the Cozy Retreat Cottage while enjoying the lake views. This cottage has 3 bedroom and 2 full baths and located directly on Jordan Lake. The dock is available for your boat whether it is a pontoon or a speed boat. We have 3 kayaks and 2 paddleboards for your use. No more than 6 people on the property at the same time and we do not allow parties, events or fireworks as we are in a residential neighborhood. The beautiful views will not disappoint.
