En oplagt base for jer, der ønsker byens liv lige udenfor døren – og samtidig en god nattesøvn. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret til morgenmad og lette måltider, og badeværelset er funktionelt med bruseniche.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Du suchst ein kleines Häuschen, liebevoll eingerichtet, nahe an Wald, Strand, Meer? Du legst Wert auf ökologische Reinigungsprodukte und du freust dich, dass kein Fernseher vorhanden ist? Du suchst einen aussergewöhnlich schönen Platz, an dem du deine Seele baumeln lassen kannst und der "wilden Welt" entfliehen kannst? Dann bist du hier goldrichtig. Unser "Klabuni" ist seit 1960 in Familienbesitz und wurde 2021 komplett neu aufgebaut. Ein wunderbarer Platz zum Entspannen und genießen.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Der Garten ist über 1000 qm groß. Dort ist Platz zum grillen, spielen oder die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt. Natürlich ist auch ein Babybett im Haus. Zum Strand sind es 15 Min mit dem Auto. Nach Rømø ca. 40 Min. Das laden von Hybrid und Elektroautos ist untersagt

Cossy, authentic, non smok summer house with a huge terrace and great ocean view. The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.

Rigtig flot og charmerende, cirkusvogn med bred dobbeltseng. Isoleret og indlagt varme. Kun 350 m fra dejlig badestrand og skov samt Gendarmstien. Prisen er incl. morgenmad(hjemmebagte økologiske boller m.m.) Kaffe og te til fri afbenyttelse samt sengetøj og håndklæder. Parkeringsplads lige ved siden af cirkusvognen. 300 m til offentlig transport med bus nr. 110 fra Sønderborg, Gråsten og Flensborg.

Idyllisk fjord udsigt

Udsigten over Stranden, Flensborg Fjord, Okseøerne og Tyskland, gør at man med det samme kan slappe af og nyde omgivelserne. Stor stue med diskret indrettet køkken. to store værelser med god skabsplads. stort lyst badeværelse med brus. Rengøring kan bestilles på forhånd hvis der er brug for det. Linned kan også bestilles til 50kr. pr. person. Lejligheden ligger tæt på skoven og Gendarmstien.

Unikt strandsommerhus med panoramaudsigt

Arkitekttegnet sommerhus fra 2019 direkte på stranden. Her findes ro og fred og en fantastisk udsigt over vandet hvor man kan følge med i naturens forandringer igennem dagen. I hoved huset er der et soveværelse, hems, køkken, stue og bad. Corvid-19. Af sikkerhedsmæssige grunde vil der før og efter hver besøgende blive rengjort og alle overflader desinficeret.
