Excellent gastro pub within a few minutes walk and train station with free parking within striking distance with regular trains to NEC, Birmingham, Coventry and London. The property has a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed and a mezzanine for occasional use. Excellent bathroom facilities and kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Polly Cottage

Located in Knowle next to Grimshaw Hall which was built in 1560 with private views overlooking the lake, down a private road with car park and a separate private entrance. Our cosy cottage sits within the grounds of our home, which used to form part of the Grimshaw Hall estate. It has secluded private views with use of its own garden area with table and chairs on a private decking area. We are located 10 mins from the NEC and airport, 3 mins from J5 M42. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.

Located in rural Berkswell, The Annex @ Barn Lodge is 15 mins from the NEC with easy access to road, air & rail networks. A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

Bumblebee Cottage: 200 Year Old Oak Beamed Home

Copt Heath Cottage is a 200 year old oak beamed house in a quiet cul-de-sac. With tapestries, patchwork quilts and period furniture throughout it is ideal for a cosy getaway for 1-5 people. Our house is run on 100% renewable energy. The cottage is near greenery, a golf course and canals. Right outside there are extensive bus links and it is only 10 minutes walk from the vibrant village centre of Knowle and 10mins drive from the NEC/Airport, it’s not under the flight path though so it’s quiet.

Situated in a rural part of Solihull lies the small but idyllic village of Barston. 10 minute drive to both Solihull Town Centre & NEC/Birmingham Airport & Birmingham International train station. Numerous walking routes, National Trust & historic points of interest in close proximity. The Boat House is a self contained annex, complete with entrance hall, en-suite bathroom, upstairs bedroom & sitting area. Airport shuttle & on site parking available. Space for cot. A light, spacious house near Balsall Common and Hampton-in-Arden in Solihull. The house has 3 large reception rooms and a fully equipped kitchen diner. It sleeps up to 15 people in 7 bedrooms, two of which can either be a king or 2 singles. Comfortable bedrooms all have en-suites, hotel standard bedding, towels and smart TVs. A very large, electric gated driveway for 10+ cars, Wi-fi and is perfect for large families, or groups to stay comfortably. We have recently added a games/movie room!

Converted barn near airport, NEC and Resorts World

Tucked away in a delightful rural hamlet, our beautifully converted 16th century barn sits within the private, attractive grounds of our family farmhouse. Despite the countryside feel, the NEC, Birmingham International Train Station, the shops and restaurants at Resorts World/The Genting Arena, and our excellent local gastropub are all 20-30 mins walk, and Birmingham Airport is a 5 minute drive. It is the perfect place for visitors to the area and great for stopovers before taking flights
