we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The lovingly furnished wooden house offers plenty of space for friends & family of 130 sq m. Away from the tourist hotspots, you can find peace & quiet in nature, on walks through the Bodden landscape, sunbathing on the terrace, cosily in front of the fireplace, with a view over the wide field where deer and cranes say good morning to each other. The nearest hotspots for water sports enthusiasts are just a few minutes away, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 min away. Dogs are very welcome.

Zentrumsnahe schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Ob für Saisonarbeiter, Urlauber oder Städtereisende, unsere Einliegerwohnung in ruhiger & zentraler Lage bietet Platz für max. 4 Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang. Das Stadtzentrum ist ca.2,1 km entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegen. Für Kinder gibt es mehrere Spielplätze in der Nähe und auch die Anbindung auf die Insel Rügen ist sehr günstig gelegen. Nicht nur Zwei- auch Vierbeiner sind bei uns herzlich willkommen.

Das gemütliche Ferienhäuschen Meridiamus 1 ist eine 32m² Unterkunft mit Kaminofen. Sie liegt unweit vom Saaler Bodden, der innerhalb von 10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar ist. Entspannen Sie in unserem Garten, erkunden Sie die Boddenlandschaft oder genießen Sie die wild-schöne Natur des Nationalparks Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft, der sich auf der nahegelegenen Halbinsel Fischland-Darß-Zingst erstreckt. Bei uns erleben Sie Urlaub mit minimalem ökologischen Fußabdruck in friedlicher Umgebung.

Zingsthus: Cosy & close to the beach

Happy vacations by the Baltic Sea - that's what Zingsthus is. Quietly located in a side street, just a few minutes from the beach. Cozy all year - with terrace & sauna. 6 beds & a folding couch allow for example two families to spend their vacation under one roof. Fancy some beach air, sand digging, birdwatching, salt water surfing; want to feel the wind when cycling and awe at marvelous sunsets ... ? off to Zingsthus! BTW: the name Zingsthus plays with "hus" / house in northern dialects.

With 57 square meters, the houseboat offers you everything your heart desires and guarantees a relaxing stay. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

"Kontor“ für 2 im postsozialistischen Gutshaus

-Winterpause vom 22.Dezember 25-5.April 26- Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es im Haus 3 weitere Apartments für Gäste. (gerne auch unsere anderen Angebote bei Airbnb anschauen)

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Abendsonne auf der schönen Terrasse - großer Gartenanteil. Wir haben in dieser Wohnung alles so eingerichtet, wie wir es für uns und unsere Familien lieben. Ein großer Tisch zum essen, spielen, malen, feiern und viel Behaglichkeit drumherum. Der Bodden mit Badestelle, Spiel- und Grillplatz ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch in der Hauptsaison ist dieser Ort der ideale Platz um Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden.

Wohnzimmer fungiert der ca. 70 m² große Gruppenraum im EG (hier trefft Ihr ggf. auf andere Gäste), freut Euch auf TV, Internetradio, DVD Player mit 60 Filmen, Playstation 3, Kicker, Darts, angrenzende Münzsauna mit Dusche und WC.

Unsere 2 Zimmer Ferienwohnung 45qm liegt im Dachgeschoss, ein kombiniertes Wohn-& Esszimmer mit Küchenzeile bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett eingerichtet. Im Wohnraum steht Ihnen ein drittes Bett zur Verfügung. Bad mit WC und Dusche. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei bis drei Gäste ausgelegt. Der zur Wohnung gehörende PKW Stellplatz liegt direkt am Haus und steht Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Erholung pur! Kleines nettes Ferienhaus mit direktem Wasserzugang. Naturverbundener Urlaub zu zweit oder mit der Familie in absoluter Ruhe. Ostseestrand, Meer und Wellen ganz in der Nähe. Das zweigeschossige Ferienhaus ist umgeben von einem sehr großen Garten. Mit dem eigenen Kanu oder Stand-up-Paddle können Sie die Umgebung erkunden. Am Bootssteg können Sie selbstverständlich auch Angeln. Sonnenliegen und ein Grill sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Hygge - Nordost

Our thatched roof provides a comfortable stay around the year. The landscape all the way up to Zingst can be viewed from the balcony. You may relax in front of the fireplace or on the terrace. The village has access to many bike routes and hiking trails along the south side of the Bodden and the baltic sea coast. Stralsund, Rostock and other destinations are close by.
