Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

The LV Chalet is located less than 30min to popular North Conway, N.H./15 min to Historic Fryeburg, Maine. The Chalet is ideal for couples, friends & families to relax! In the Summer, enjoy beach access to Lower Kimball Lake, nearby Saco River and year round hiking trails. In the winter, the Chalet is situated between ski mountains: Cranmore Mountain & Pleasant Mountain. There’s also close access to Snowmobile trails. Please read our Coronavirus cleaning update. Quaint and cozy chalet located about 5 minutes from Conway and the hub of the White Mountains. As you pull into our neighborhood you notice several chalets on a paved road, winding up and over hills. Pull into our large carport to find our two level chalet that you have rented. The sounds of the babbling brook greet you as you exit your car with the inviting seating on both decks.

Waterfront Escape

Set just 20 feet from Pequawket Pond, this unique two-level cottage offers direct waterfront access in a quiet association. A spiral staircase leads to a lower-level bedroom with walk-out access, creating a distinct and private layout. Minutes from Mount Washington Valley, with easy access to skiing, hiking, and local shops. Guests also enjoy use of a kayak and two paddleboards for time on the water.
