Upstairs: Large third living area with TV. Bedroom three: King bed Bedroom four: Queen bed Bedroom five: King single bed, single bed and single trundle bed. Family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedroom six: King bed and parent retreat with Spa bath and separate shower ensuite. All bedrooms have heating and cooling. Portacot available and would fit in all bedrooms. There is a large laundry with washing machine and dryer with a door to the outside where there is a large clothes line. My unit has a very good location. It is 500m to Brighton beach, 500m to Middle brighton train station, 50 m to the Church street shopping centre. 30m to Brighton Grammar School. There are two bedrooms (a large bedroom with a queen bed & a smaller bedroom with a double bed), a generous living room, a recently renovated kitchen, laundry and bathroom. High speed internet and smart TV. It is a wonderfully quite place for people who love beach life.
