This secluded, 3 bedroom lakefront home was renovated In 2019. My late wife Gail and I installed a new kitchen, vinyl plank flooring, new well, and new decks (both wraparound and lower deck.) The home is located about an hours drive from Lynchburg, Roanoke or Danville. Enjoy our private dock and boat ramp for fishing, watercraft, swimming, and nature watching! Keep an eye out for wildlife, both great and small! Great Blue Herons, Eagles and Osprey are personal favorites!

Whether you want to enjoy scenic views, get wet in the water, or just enjoy good music and great people, our house allows you to do it all! Kayaks and paddleboards for use during stay. **Max 8 guests per local STR rules and all vehicles, boat trailers, etc must be on property, no street parking allowed. **

Otterview has one of the most incredible views in the state, a huge deck, and a pond. The house is open format with 3 bedrooms, a top-of-the-line kitchen, cozy living room, and an extraordinary great room. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the fire pit, and relax on the dock. There are two miles of trails on the 37-acre property with their own trail signs and map.
