The Goliad River House is located on 4+ acres directly on The San Antonio River. Featuring lush + cozy interior finishes, the GRH is sure to become your home away from home. Explore the "private" nature trails, fishing, cool off in the "private" pool or enjoy the man-cave/game room located in the barn, directly off of the pool area! For our more adventurous guests, kayak rentals and disc golf are right next door. The Goliad River House is walking distance to the historical downtown square!

Hummingbird House at BQ5 Ranch

This wee cottage was built in 1877, and was a stand-alone kitchen in her former life. Front porch was enclosed to give more interior space, and she's been fully insulated, has new working windows, french doors, and an expanded back porch. Efficiency kitchen, with hot plate, fridge/freezer, full-sized microwave. An outdoor smoker/grill and fire pit are just off the porch for outdoor cooking. Native planted gardens wrap around this cottage making it a hummingbird and butterfly haven!

Tranquility Hill Lodge

Tranquility Hill Ranch is a peaceful oasis of memories of our family and friends at the ranch. We sit on the front porch with our hot tea or coffee and watch the sun rise over bluebonnet hill. The cows will lumber up to drink while birds chirp a good morning song or the turkeys gobble from a distance. During dark nights it seems like the milky way is right over our road to the house, the stars are so bright and sunsets by a fire are a must for reviewing the day and sharing memories.

Imagine a historic loft in a 1909 home in Goliad, Tx. A short walk to the town square, this loft offers a large bathroom, a queen bed, microwave, fridge and a private patio which reflects the architectural charm of the early 20th century. The Presidio La Bahia, other historic sites, restaurants and a beautiful river park trail are all close by. The entrance is located via the side porch and is upstairs, only accessible by an interior stairscase. Homemade Breakfast upon request.

We have basic furnishings, along with a very comfortable queen metal framed bed, in a 384 sq. ft. living area, and 400 sq. ft. of covered deck. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. This blazing heat enjoy the cistern, now used as a pool fed, by cool water well water. It is 26 feet in diameter and 6 feet deep. Birders will enjoy the variety of birds in this area. Just outside of the city limits, you can really enjoy stargazing.
