Take a walk down to our private beach on the Feather River, or play a game of disc golf, horseshoes, corn hole and others. Read a book from our Tree Library while you enjoy your private propane fire pit and bbq… Nearby, rent an e-bike in Quincy. Visit lakes, fire trails to hike, quad, bike, or horseback ride. And best? Lay around guilt free and do nothing!

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.
