We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

An overnight stay you will alway remember! Relax in this unique above ground Hobbit House. Lovingly hand-built. Sleeps 2 to 4 (two double beds). Solar and battery-powered lights. Wood heat. Hobbit House is nestled on a lifestyle block in beautiful Pearse Valley with lovely rural outlook. 1 km walk to lovely waterfall. Close to trout fishing.

Harakeke Hill, near Motueka

Modern off-grid accommodation. Our power comes from panels powered by the sun. We have a back-up generator which runs if the batteries have had their power used. Wi-fi + the internet are easily accessible. We have solar heated hot water and we run all the usual household appliances. Two bedrooms: each with a king bed which can be split into two singles. *Please state which bed arrangement you will be needing* EV or PLUG IN HYBRIDS: it is not possible to charge these vehicles overnight.
