You will immediately feel at home in my modern 100 sq. apartment located just 20 min. north of Copenhagen, close to beaches and woods in one of the most attractive areas in Denmark. My home consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room combined. A lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed. No lift.

There is also a front garden with comfortable seating. The neighbourhood north of Copenhagen named Ordrup - a quiet and friendly place. Lots of green areas around. 800 meters to the ocean and forest,800 meters to shops, 600 meters to the station which takes you to Cph Center in 15 minutes. Beautiful place

Apartment close to Dyrehaven, the Sea and DTU

Independent, nicely furnished 1st floor apartment in villa close to the Dyrehaven, the sea and theTechnical University ca 20 Km north of Copenhagen center. The apartment is fully equipped. It contains bedroom, an office with an extra bed and a sitting room with open connection to the kitchen. From the sitting room you have access to a small balcony facing south. The area is quiet with easy access by bike or car to Jægersborg Hegn, the sea and DTU. Owner lives in the ground floor apartment.

Ordrupvej is a quiet yet bustling street with shops and cafées. Free parking behind the building or round the corner of Holmegaardsvej.

Tæt på skov og strand, Charll skov, Dyrehaven etc. Sengen er 160x200 cm og er en ny Dunlopillo seng,- med en stor dobbelt dyne. PPS: Og der må naturligvis ikke ryges i min lejlighed. Enjoy your stay with good view from balcony, near to station 3 minutes to walk S train station, 1 minutes to buss stop, restaurants near to walking distance, shopping as well. No pets. Parties are not allowed. Only for calm people!
