Our getaway place in Stamford, we’re happy to share with you! Triple glazing guarantees a quiet place to stay. Yes, it’s a studio flat but the sofa bed is large, comfortable and very easy to make up, so you have the best of both, a large lounge/spacious bedroom, kitchen-diner and shower room. Opposite Stamford College, Leisure Pool & Gym, you are ideally placed for Burghley House, Tolethorpe Hall (10 min drive). Sainsburys, Halfords, McDonalds etc (5 min walk) Stamford Town centre (15 min walk).

(High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Free parking and private entrance through a gate at the back of the house. Extra amenities include - travel cot, blankets and dog bed and bowls.
