Mid century apartment-walking distance to town

Nestled above the garage, this cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment offers privacy and tranquility with no shared walls with the main house. Surrounded by lush juniper and pine trees, each window frames a serene, treehouse-like view, letting you feel fully immersed in nature. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, whether it's a quiet breakfast or a gourmet dinner. After a day of exploring, relax by the cozy fireplace, adding warmth and comfort to your stay.

Parks Bunkhouse

Welcome to The Parks at Broken Top! Paved walking and biking paths run all through the neighborhood, and easily connect to the larger trail systems within Bend. It's only 2 miles to downtown Bend, 1.5 miles to the Old Mill District, and an easy connection to Century Drive which will take you the 17 miles up to Mt Bachelor (usually about a 25 min drive in winter). The private studio/1 bath unit is attached to the main house, but accessed through a shared garage to a private staircase.

Private entrance and sliding doors out to a private patio for your morning coffee or end-of-day beverage. A fire pit is available to top off a cozy evening (see notes.)
