Unique Dutch Miller’s House

This is a rare opportunity to stay in a traditional Miller's House located on the same property as an authentic 1632 Dutch Windmill. This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. This cabin was hand built with love & care and it is a pleasure to share it with guests from all around the world. As the Miller of this windmill, I enjoy giving my guests a complimentary tour whenever possible.

Our beautiful houseboat is only 12 min from Amsterdam centre by train & 5 min from the famous Zaanse Schans windmills! Use our motor boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

The house is completely immersed in the environment. Birds won’t even notice you are there and will continue their song while you are preparing breakfast. Visit our partners at the beach or order your food online as the ÖÖD Suites do not have a kitchen. Herenhuis Zaandam nabij Zaanse Schans en Amsterdam

Een lief herenhuis met een heerlijk ruime tuin op 3 minuten afstand van het treinstation, 10 minuten van Amsterdam en de Zaanse Schans. Je waant je soms op het platteland want ondanks dat je midden in het centrum van Zaandam zit, maken de vogels je 's ochtends wakker en door de niet doorgaande straat is het heerlijk rustig. Op een paar minuten afstand zit je op de Dam van Zaandam en met de Zaanse Schans en Amsterdam om de hoek, kun je alle kanten uit.

Geniet van luxe en comfort op de begane grond van een vrijstaande villa aan het water. Je beschikt over een ruime woonkamer met 83" oled-tv, high-end keuken, een kantoor/slaapkamer, luxe badkamer met inloop regendouche en toilet, en een royale voor- en achtertuin met veranda en buitenkeuken aan het water. De bovenverdieping is niet toegankelijk. Gelegen in een rustige wijk, 35 min van Amsterdam en 15 min fietsen van het strand.

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.

Op het platteland ligt de boerderij De HERDERIJ Niet ver van Amsterdam. Ongeveer 25 minuten met de trein en de auto. Ook Alkmaar en Haarlem liggen in de buurt U huurt het hele het voorhuis van de vrijstaande boerderij ,geheel recent gerenoveerd met woonkamer, eethoek, keuken. U heeft ook hierbij uw eigen terras Vanuit uw huis en het terras kijkt u uit over de weilanden.
