Formally a secret famous recording studio for pop-rock bands, it was known as “The Hearst”. World famous records by the Killers were made here, “Hot fuss” and “Sawdust”. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.
