Small cottage with great amenities on a secluded dead end street in historic Summerville, SC. 1 mile from Hutchinson square in downtown Summerville. Cottage is located behind the main house with private parking and sits on a large property with beautiful trees, flowers, and birds in a very private setting. You’d never know you were in our backyard.

Adorable Small, Clean Home

🚭 Zero tolerance policy for smoking/vaping on the property, even outside. We appreciate your respect by not booking/requesting/inquiring our place if you or any other guests are smokers. Also, due to allergies, we cannot accommodate animals of any size or kind. This listing is for the main house only, the detached guest house is a separate rental. 2/19/26- Note: There is new construction going on in the lots behind the house. I haven't had any feedback about it affecting any guests so far.

Tiny House studio stay in Moncks Corner

The tiny house is located in our backyard in a small town, Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As you enter the house, you will notice that it is small but it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay! A kitchen to cook in, a table to eat or work at, a nice place to shower and sleep - all in the same room. It is small yet very comfortable and welcoming! We operate off of well water. If you are not used to well water, the smell can sometimes be surprising. Please note: the water is safe.
