Converted from an ancient barn, The Milking Parlour is part of Little Wadstray farm. Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Hide, Unique stay in Totnes, Devon.

The Hide is a hidden treasure for those seeking a unique Devon escape. Tucked among the trees along a leafy bridleway, it offers the ideal setting to unwind and explore. Situated on the edge of the peaceful hamlet of Loventor, just three miles from the historic town of Totnes and directly on the scenic John Musgrave Heritage Trail, it provides a perfect base for discovery. Only a ten-minute walk away lies Berry Pomeroy Castle — one of Devon’s most picturesque and intriguing historic sites.

Berry Head Farm Cottage

Beautiful self contained cottage in the heart of Berry Head Nature Reserve, with a stunning half acre walled garden, beautiful views & 2 mins walk to the woods to access the South West Coast Path. Just a mile walk into Brixham harbour, with its blue flag beach, fabulous restaurants & historic fish market. The cottage has its own gate entrance for extra privacy and has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately no dogs allowed as we have guinea fowl roaming.

Enjoy access to the lovely Captains Cabin (communal kitchen) The blue flag beach with cafe is just a few mins walk away & quaint Stoke Fleming has a lovely pub, village shop, etc FYI: No wifi but 4G *if not available, search for Honey Buzzard or The Lookout - both part of WILDCOMFORT*

Recently refurbished to a high standard. Serendipity is a fantastic social house for family and friends. The downstairs space is Open Plan living. The property has a roof top Hot Tub that seats 7 with panoramic views towards Dartmoor National Park. The Garden area has a large patio with outside table 10 people. Parking for 6 vehicles to the front of the property and an Electric car charging point is available and is charged for via an App. Close to golf course and beaches

Positioned near the stunning Blackpool Sands, South Devon, our shepherd's hut 'Sea Thrift' is a charming and cosy place to stay for 2 people. It is an ideal location for exploring beaches, beautiful coastal walks and the nearby town of Dartmouth. Sea Thrift is completely off grid and is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty by Blackpool Sands, on the South West Coast Path. It lies on the edge of the village of Stoke Fleming.

Blagdon is nestled in a a beautiful South Devon Valley betwixt the moors and the sea with easy access to local attractions and tourist areas. Only 3 miles away from the English Riviera Coast and the historic town of Totnes, with its excellent range of independent shops and restaurants.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The Boat house is a luxurious relaxing space, with Veiws to die for. Please note the hot tub is not available with this accommodation.
