Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance.

Gorgeous 2 bedroom fully self contained separate dwelling, comfortably accommodating 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. Has the option of 2 extra guests sleeping on a double sofa bed in lounge for short stays & by request only. Central Tauranga location, Otumoetai Bureta area 2 free off street parks. Private courtyard in a quiet street. 5min drive to Tauranga CBD & 15min drive to downtown Mt Maunganui. 10 min walk/2 min drive to shopping centre with Bureta Woolworths, liquor store, bar & restaurants

Simple and Easy in Greerton Village

Greerton Village Shopping Centre at the end of our street with International Eateries, Cafes, Banks, Medical Centres, Opp Shops & Supermarkets. 5-minutes walk to Public Pools, Tauranga Race Track and Golf Course. 5-minute drive to Tauranga's newest Shopping Centre; The Lakes The neighbourhood is very quiet and casual, as are we, at the end of a caul de sac. My husband and I will be living in the studio app. downstairs, there if you need. 2 minute walk from and affordable and clean laundromat

Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

A lovely sunny space offering stylish and comfortable accommodation for up to four people. The apartment is situated in a quiet hillside cul-de-sac, has expansive views of the Kaimai hills, Bethlehem, the harbour, and is only 6km to town. Enjoy self check-in, private access, and parking for one vehicle. Fernland Spa is a 5 minute walk away, and several delightful public reserve walking/cycling tracks are nearby. The property is set on the banks of the Wairoa river with its amazing views when Venturing through the gardens and lawns.
