This is a duplex home. Both units A&B are used for AirBnB. Entirely private, no shared spaces. Last home on the street behind a cemetery.

The Baby Blue Cottage, featured in Season 3 of Fixer Upper has a fun ecklectic vibe and so many unique design features. The house boasts an open concept kitchen, bonus sunroom/living space with daybed and an isolated master bedroom. Joanna’s design has been painstakingly recreated to closely match her original furnishings and feel. The house is on a quiet tree lined street, a short 7 minute drive to the Silos. Close to downtown, coffee shops, restaurants, Cameron Park and Baylor University.

Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. The Golden Bear’s Lair, 2 miles to Baylor Univ

The Golden Bear’s Lair is close to everything! Five minutes from Baylor & McLane Stadium, less than 10 from Spice Village, Magnolia Silos, Cameron Park and the zoo. 3 minutes from Magnolia Table. Fenced yard and parking. This is the front unit, so when available, both units can be rented for two families or groups. Starbucks is 170 steps away. There is a communal backyard with a patio, grill, and fire pit. Both units have a UV system to help remove viruses, bacteria, and mold. Keypad entry.

The Cahill- Magnolia Brewery House c 1894

Built in 1894, this completely restored, one-bedroom home boasts 12' ceilings, original bead-board panelling and a huge bathroom. Relax in the clawfoot tub or cook up a delicious dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge, fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out and have a barbecue on the provided grill. End the day in the comfy king size bed and any extra guests can use the futon or air mattress in the living room. Only 4 blocks from the Silos and right across I-35 from Baylor.

Old garage turned urban cabin. Just renovated into a quaint and modern space. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in.
