Located between the Kiamichi River (access on property) & Simmons Mountains. Ride-in access to national forest trails in the area. Reliable Starlink internet on site!

Peaceful and Fun filled Vacation Getaway

Whether it's family fun, or peace and relaxation you desire, this is quiet seclusion, only 3 miles to town, 10 miles to ATV trails. Large game room with ping pong, foosball, air hockey, and basketball game. Another room that was a garage is now a theater room with a pool table and plenty of seating. The projector there displays a huge ultra high definition display screen and sounds great 4 bedrooms, plus pullout couch in theater room. 2 acres with fire pit, picnic tables, lots of parking.
