The house is a 10 min drive to Waterford city the start of the cycle Greenway and House of Waterford Crystal and Winterval. It’s 30mins drive to kilkenny City and Mount Juliet Estate and Golf club. It’s 30mins drive to The Mahon Falls JFK Memorial Centre and the Hook Light House.Dunmore East with its famous Adventure Centre and Tramore Beach which is renowned for surfing are located within 30 mins drive also.

Caving and archery. those looking for the nature trails we have Tintern abbey, Forth mountain and Kennedy park it is also a fantastic location for Anglers.

Visit the beautiful gardens of Mount Congreve or Woodstock gardens. The barn has an open plan layout, where you can relax beside the cosy stove and plan your next day’s adventure.
