A beautifully restored 400 year old small house situated in the heart of the historical city of Cospicua, one of the fabled three cities across the harbour from Malta's capital, Valletta. The space is warm and has been stylishly restored and furnished. The ground floor leads into a living room with a sofa, a kitchen/dining room and a guest toilet. A brand new house having an open plan layout. It is ground floor thus there are no steps. The house has an open plan bedroom/living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Two people can sleep in the double bed however there are also two recliners. It is situated 5 mins walk from the seaside, 1 min walk from the Lower Barrakka Gardens and 5 mins walk from the City Center. Public transport is within a 3 minute walk. It is in an ideal spot to discover the city and its surroundings.

The property is located in the heart of historic Birgu (Vittoriosa). The street Triq Hilda Tabone is one of the most picturesque in Malta and forms part of the famous 'Collachio', filled with renaissance palazzo and Auberges. Birgu is a peninsula surrounded by the sea, if you fancy taking a morning swim.
