Evimizin yakınlarında herhangi bir başka ev bulunmamaktadır. Tamamen doğa ile başbaşasınız. 100 yıllık tarihi bir ev sizler için restore edildi. Rizedeki tüm turistik yerlere aracınızla kısa mesafelerde ulaşabilirsiniz. Yazın gelen misafirlerimiz köyümüzün deresinde yüzebilir kışın ise şömine başında karın tadını çıkarabilirsiniz. My house is located in the center of a historic neighborhood. This historical, private, two-floored house has a balcony with a view of sea of Marmara and it takes 3 mins walk to there and 10 mins to Tramway station. Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Mosque & Hippodrome, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern, Little Hagia Sophia, Mosaic Museum, Carpet museum, Arasta Bazaar and many other historical sites are all in the walking distance. It is surrounded by lots of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Birds House

This traditional house was built in 1928 on the cliff of the Razim-Sinoe Lagoon, which is part of the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve. In addition to the spectacular landscape that can be seen from the yard, the property extends to the waterfront where we have arranged a birdwatching hide for our guests from where they can observe the rich avifauna of the area. Here we have also set up a place for water activities. Our guests can use kayaks and a rowing boat for free.

(🎶 a mansion that feels like winter garden) We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

Сдаётся домик для отдыха целиком. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания на любой срок. Всё оборудование и спальные места (матрасы и бельё) новые. Есть интернет, телевизор со спутниковым ТВ (каналы разных стран). Рядом красивый сад и площадка для отдыха на улице. На территории есть бесплатная парковка. До пляжа можно добраться на такси (5 лари) или на автобусах 7 и 15 (0.5 лари за 20 минут).
