It's a great location to enjoy central Utah or as a stop on your way to Southern Utah. We have unlimited high speed internet if you're looking for a remote work location. The house has been completely remodeled inside; the yard is being landscaped and updated.

Located at exit #187 on I-70, we are close to Moab, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is great for those who enjoy peace and quiet while enjoying the great outdoors. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. Just 3 miles north on a paved road are 4500 year old Indian paintings. ATV riding is at your doorstep. The RV park that is next to the house is small and quiet . We are at the base of the Book Cliffs with antelope frequenting Thompson Springs.
