A on Thirty Acres, Township of Branch

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Cozy Updated Queen Studio, ground floor

Updated Queen Studio on the ground floor is just minutes from Lake Michigan’s beaches, shops, and scenic state parks. Inside, you will enjoy modern comforts like WiFi, AC, Smart TV, and a cozy, modern walk-in shower you’ll love coming home to. For your convenience, there’s a microwave, a mini fridge with freezer, and a Keurig with complimentary coffee, sugar, and cream. Your studio is also stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hair dryer.

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).

Rumored to have once been a secret hideaway for well-dressed Chicago visitors who preferred their privacy — Always Hart Lake is a hidden fall retreat on Hart Lake surrounded by forest. Private beach, 6 kayaks, fire pit, and pure peace. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7. Just 20 minutes from Muskegon. Some places are easy to visit. This is one you won't forget.

D & R Country Cottage

Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful, secluded cottage. Five minutes from US 31 highway and Whitehall yet completely in a country setting. Fifteen minutes from Michigan Adventures, Bluelake Fine Arts Camp and Owasippe Boy Scout camp. Close to the Manistee National forest. We are 10 minutes from quaint Whitehall, Whitelake and Montague Michigan. Lake Michigan beaches are just 15 minutes away.

Serenity Now Treehouse

Serenity Now Treehouse is a TRUE treehouse built in four strong Oak trees on the property behind our home alongside Silver Creek. Here you’ll find the perfect place to unplug for a couple of days of peace and tranquility. We’ve also recently added a prayer chapel along the side of our home for our family, friends and treehouse guests to have a special place to pray and connect with God if you would like.
