We’ve completely renovated both inside and out with a massive deck including a hot tub, fire-pit and outdoor furniture with a view to die for! A cozy sleeping area, ft. a queen bed, and a relaxing living room with a sofa bed across from a unique bay window dining area! We’ve got a private bathroom with a shower, this space is perfect for a soothing getaway!

The boxcar living area has a sofa and coffee table and small area with table, two chairs and a mini fridge/freezer with a Keurig. The bedroom has a queen bed and dresser and there is a full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Come spend some time in a real, completely refurbished railroad caboose (with all the modern amenities) just off the Blue Ridge Parkway at Orchard Gap, approximate mile 193.5. Probably the most unique lodging along the Blue Ridge Parkway. We now have disc golf baskets and discs as well as cornhole sets. Pet owners please read the pet policy under additional rules. We DO NOT have any cleaning fees, never have. The service fees are not ours.
