As you arrive at our little cabin… get ready to open that front door and start your getaway! The main floor bedroom has a queen size bed, the upstairs bedroom has twin beds. Full bath down, a 3/4 up. You’ll find an upstairs work area with a desk, overlooking the river. The cabin includes all you need for cooking, sleeping, and relaxing. TV, WiFi, and board games for all ages. The screened in porch will captivate your evenings…you’ll be mesmerized by the view and sound of that McKenzie River.

This is the LOWER level cabin (private with no shared connections). Large living space w/wood stove. Breathtaking river Views/Sounds from inside or from the lower deck w/BBQ. 1BR w/King Bed + Sofa Bed in the Living room. Explore Trails leading to the wooded river's edge. TheUpper level cabin also available separately for a larger family or friends.

Private, and tucked away from the crowds, quiet, comfortable cabin in the woods, our Koosah Cabin is the perfect base camp for 2 to 3 people as you explore all the McKenzie River has to offer. Our property is nestled in the woods, just far enough off the highway that all you can hear is the sound of gentle rushing water. Koosah is almost identical to Tamolitch Cabin. We welcome people from all backgrounds and hope to share with you our love of the outdoors and our beautiful place in the woods!

After an exhilarating day of hiking, biking, golfing, rafting or exploring the nearby waterfalls and hot springs, unwind on the deck. Enjoy a cocktail while listening to the rapids and watching the water shimmer in the afternoon sun. The McKenzie River Trail parallels the property, and is accessed from the private road to the cabin. The property has a campground setting, with river and forest views.
