The Lake House on Amaroo is absolute waterfront. The house is fully air-cond including the guest bedroom. A gentle slope to the waters edge swimming, kayaking (2 kayaks/2 SUP Boards included) all at your back door. Enjoy the most amazing sunsets on either of the two large timber decks. One on the main level or simply walk down external stairs to a large undercover deck. Smiths Lake which surrounds the village is separated from the ocean by Sandbar Beach, a secluded and pristine beach There are many surfing, fishing and patrolled beaches within 5-10 minutes drive - Blueys, Boomerang and Celito surf beaches just to name a few. For the naturalists there is the secluded Shelleys Beach.

We would love to welcome you to our modern and private self-contained studio that is located on the ground level of our home - but completely separate to our home. We are perfectly located, with Elizabeth Beach and Wallis Lake within short walking distance. Shelly, Boomerang and Blueys beach are only a further 2 minute drive up the road.
