This 1350sqft home is perfect for up to 6 close friends or family, w/ a queen bed in the master, a full in the walkthrough loft w/ a shared bathroom & a full pullout bed in the living room accompanied by a half bath. Or you can sip a coffee on the awesome back patio and listen to the birds sing. You can take a walk in the 3 acre woods, visit many local restaurants and shops or go hiking in the nearby mountains. When it's time to grab some shut eye you can sink into one of the luxurious queen beds. We will be glad to accommodate you!

Master BR contains king. 2nd BR has an XL twin & full-size bunk bed top and bottom. Gorgeous, refinished hardwood floors.

The Warm and Cozy Cottage is a small house with lots of charm! Located in a quiet neighborhood with a backyard for kids to play and gig speed internet, the cottage is perfect for working and relaxing! The cottage is a 10 minute drive from downtown State College/PSU campus and there is a bike path and playgrounds nearby. Our house is NOT a party house and is a strict NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

With Spring Creek directly across the street, it's great for fishing or just enjoying the outdoors from the patio area as well as some nearby walking trails! Inside is a small but cozy space with a rustic feel and modern amenities. Enjoy the view and the quiet with little to no traffic. We are 15 minutes from Penn State's campus so get the best of both worlds. We Are!
