The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own private, large upper deck for entertaining or relaxing where the sunsets are just stupendous!!! Airport pick-ups and island tours can be arranged through your host.

This Cozy studio is located directly across from one of Bermudas most family friendly beaches. There is a large field with a walking track and an outdoor basketball court across the street, and bus stops are easily accessible. Eve's pond nature reserve is a two-minute walk away and you can get there along scenic walking trails. A mile away is Flatts Village which is home to restaurants, and the Bermuda Aquarium and Zoo. A mile in the opposite direction are restaurants and a large supermarket.

In the quiet west end of the island is idyllic Mangrove Bay, Somerset. At the end of a gated long private beach lined drive is a majestic waterfront Bermudian estate called Blue Flag, Circa 1750. Blue Flag is set on 1.5 Acres of private terraced tropical gardens and boasts over 500 feet of shoreline and multiple private beaches and docks.
