Unser Objekt befindet sich im Bayerischen Wald. Direkt in Spiegelau am Tor zum Nationalpark „Bayerischer Wald“ befinden sich ein großes Tierfreigehege und einer der größten Baumwipfelpfade - beides ein unbedingtes Must Have in Ihrem Urlaub im Bayerischen Wald. Unser Haus befindet sich im Außenbereich von Spiegelau inmitten freier Natur. Nach einigen Jahren liebevoller Modernisierung freuen wir uns, nun das Objekt wieder als Selbstversorgerhaus für Gruppen zur Verfügung stellen zu können.

Der Preis ist wie folgt: 2 Personen 65 / Tag 3 Personen 70 / Tag Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein großer Pool, sowie eine Sauna und eine Wärmekabine zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Außerdem finden sich dort andere kleine Freizeitangebote, wie Tischtennis. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind gegen Gebühr. Bei längerem Aufenthalt, Sonderpreis auf Anfrage

Die 2-Zimmer-Appartements Typ 2 bestehen aus getrenntem Wohn-und Schlafraum. Die Küchenzeile ist von Wohn-und Schlafraum getrennt. Sie sind außerdem ausgestattet mit SAT-TV, Dusche/WC getrennt, kostenlosem W-LAN und Festnetztelefon. Im Wohnraum befindet sich eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch auf der 1-2 Kinder bequem übernachten können. Diese Appartements befinden sich zum einen auf der Südseite unseres Hauses und auf der Gartenseite mit Blick ins Grüne.

Ausruhen, Genießen ebenso wie Wandern, Schwimmen, Fahrradfahren oder Ausflüge machen - das alles und vieles mehr hat unser Gutshof als Ausgangsbasis zu bieten. Die Stadt Passau, das Westerndorf Pull-Mann-City, die Donau mit tollem Radweg und der bayrische Wald liegen ebenso nah wie unterschiedliche Gasthäuser für das leibliche Wohl. Von Mitte Mai bis Mitte September ist zusätzlich der hauseigene Pool nutzbar. Wir freuen uns auf Ihren Besuch!
