Stone Cottage built in the 1870s. It has been renovated with new full kitchen. It is situated only 10-15 mins drive to the centre of town and very close to the Peninsula tourist spots including Larnachs Castle etc. Only 2mins drive to Tautuku fishing club. Tea and coffee is supplied and has full kitchen facilities. Set in a beautiful rural setting on a working farm. Some sea views. Popular restaurants close by. The cottage is positioned next to our house but is very quiet and private.

Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. Stay with us in beautiful Deborah Bay on our 7 acres lifestyle block.We are 64 meters up on the hill, the view is very nice. Our sleepout is a small but new, warm, well insulated 1 bedroom unit. We have the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. We offer a super king size mattress with freshly washed linen, dried by the southern wind. No kitchen, only a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Great quality bikes are available for rent. Only 18mins from Dunedin and 3 mins from caffees and shops.
