Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country with all the conveniences of the city just 10 minutes away! This beautiful home is located on a full acre in a quiet country subdivision. Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

The whole main floor of the house. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and back porch. Near Weber State University, Hill AFB, Lagoon, and Snowbasin. Full kitchen with table and chairs. 4K TV's w/ Streaming services, PlayStation & Xbox. Washer & Dryer w/ detergent. Air mattress and play crib available. Free EV charging. No Parties. No Pets. The host lives in the basement apartment with a separate entrance that is separated by a bolt-locked door. There are no shared spaces aside from the driveway.

The Little Red Inn/Preschool(Near Bear River City)

We lived in this home for 10 years and recently moved into the house next door. We run a Preschool on the main floor during the week, but its empty on the weekends (Usually available pm on Thursday, through Sunday Afternoon). There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs, which is the main living space. Kitchen, bathroom and a futon in the preschool. Great for kids, lots of toys and children's books available to use. Cat friendly inside and a 4 foot fenced back yard that can be used for dogs.

Apartment in Kaysville with Theater

Stay as a family or with friends in Kaysville. Great for birthday parties. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views and the spectacular sunsets over the Great Salt Lake. This new basement apartment is close to ski resorts (25 minutes to Snow Basin). It's 4 miles from Lagoon. Adjacent to Davis Tech Disc Golf Course. The course is free to use, and discs are included if you want to play during your stay. You'll have a private entrance. The covered patio with grill and fire pit is for your private use.

Roomy Orchard Suite-short & extended stays

This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance, spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, private, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Apple Berry Cabin

The cabin is on our family farm nestled next to a 2 acre apple orchard and spring fed ponds. You can enjoy a stroll through the trees, especially nice in spring when the trees are blooming. Relax next to the ponds while watching the fish swiming or the turtles basking in the sun. The area is great for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds that vary with the seasons. There is no WiFi available. The bathroom is in the house next to the cabin, but has a private access for guests only.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath cabin offers a charming private feel even though it's just 3 minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants and only a 20-35 minute drive to 3 amazing Ski Resorts. Relax with the whole family as you snuggle in, or unplug from the world and play outside in the pool. This cabin feels like you're back in 'the good old days'!
