Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country with all the conveniences of the city just 10 minutes away! This beautiful home is located on a full acre in a quiet country subdivision. Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Enjoy movies on a 65” screen with surround speakers. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster oven and pancake mix-breakfast at your leisure! Paper products provided as the only sink is in the bathroom. Workout in our shared gym 2 bedrooms-king and bunk (twin, full, trundle) and 1 bathroom Guest access: You will need to walk around back and down about 20 stairs. Things to note: The space is the basement of our home so you may hear us-fans and white noise provided. 2 vehicles only

We invite you to enjoy quiet country living at its finest. Located right off of 1-15, our property is right next to the Bear River and adjacent to Bear River Bottoms Hunting Club. Nearby is Hansen Park (1 mile away), Crystal Hot Springs (8 miles away), or Golden Spike National Historic Park (32 miles away). Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.
