Villalarımız, A ve B blok olmak üzere 2 tane olup, Deniz ve Doğa manzaralarıyla öne çıkar. Akyaka Merkez , Akyaka Azmak gibi yerlere çok yakın olup merkezi bir konuma sahiptir. Villalarımızda özel Barbekü alanı , Havuz , Mutfak araç gereçleri , sınırsız WİFİ gibi pek çok olanak bulunmaktadır. Güvenlik önlemleri ise pencerelerde Alarm ve Güvenlik kameralarıyla sağlanmaktadır.

Janis' Roadhouse is within walking distance of the Azmak River, Akyaka Beach, and Kiteboarding Gökova.

Renovated, November 2015 (new kitchen, bathroom, toilet, balcony). We have 3 rooms. Room 1, 1 bed for 2 pers. Room 2, 1 bed for 2 pers, Room 3, 2 beds for 2 pers. Living room 1 bed 1 pers. A market in front of the house. You may communicate with us in Turkish, English, Dutch and German. We are happy to welcome you in our beautiful home! :)

Stone House with Pool - Entire First Floor

Spend some quiet time alone with nature, in this 120-year-old historical stone house, which we, as an architect family, restored faithfully to its original. You can take a stroll in the village among the olive trees in the morning, and then spend some quiet time under the stars on your poolside patio in the evening. Or, if you want, you can reach Milas in 15 minutes and see the historical Hungarian houses. You can shop at the local market or have a pleasant meal in the old ottoman bazaar.

Haziran 2024 itibariyle Milas'ta bulunan evim için bu kaydı oluşturmuş bulunuyorum. Dairem eski Milas evinin misafir odasıdır. Merdivensiz, bağımsız girişi, geniş avlusuyla kullanım rahatlığı merkezde bulunmasıyla ulaşım kolaylığı sunar. Milas merkezde konaklamak icin ideal bir konumdayız. Kısa yürüyüşlerle Baltalı Kapı, Uzunyuva, Gümüşkesen`i ziyaret edebilirsiniz. Toplu taşımaya kolaylıkla erişim mümkün Hayvan dostu bir aileyiz. Köpeğimiz Kara da en az kedilerimiz kadar sevimlidir.

In the silence of the charming Akyaka nature, we set out for those who want to stay in touch with nature in a fully equipped tiny house in its own garden (500 m2) very close to Azmak Creek. There are 2 tinyhouses in the garden. The sitting area will only be available to our guests staying in this house. You will find your essential needs ready at home. It is also in a very good location for kite surf lovers, only 10 mins far away.

Ahşap ve taş işçiliği ile dizayn edilmiş, siz değerli misafirlerimizin hizmetine sunulmuştur. Diğer 2 adet apartımızın yan tarafında müstakil olarak yer almaktadır.
