Behind is a bushy escarpment so a perfect base for walking, biking, exploring or to just relax +watch the colours change. We celebrate four seasons & the interior provides comfort no matter the weather! You'll see plenty of Aussie wildlife too. Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.

I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
