We are situated 5 minutes walk from Derwent Water and the Nicol End Marina for kayaking and water activities. Portinscale has a pub that serves food and a cafe. Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.

The cottage has views to Skiddaw and is close to Whinlatter Forrest, perfect for the adrenaline junkie to conquer the peaks, tackle the mountain bike trails or Go Ape.

This newly renovated and compact bijoux studio is very close to Keswick town centre and every effort has been made to include everything necessary to make a comfortable stay in a small space. The decor is designed to be welcoming with a mix of traditional and modern furniture to offer a unique home far removed from a standard modern studio. The apartment is located on the first floor opposite a very successful AirBnB which I own and sleeps 4.
