Karlin is a lovely fully equipped modern 2 Bedroom bungalow. If Cleanliness and comfort is high on your priority Karlin will not disappoint, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. A modern kitchen which has all the cooking and dining essential s, fridge, hob top, oven, kettle, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave all you need is the ingredients and you are good to go. Karlin has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 3. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed , the second bedroom contains a single bed. A modern bathroom with enclosed hand basin and toilet with a bath/shower. A spacious lounge and dining room which leads to the sun lounge facing the private fully enclosed rear garden and lawn. There is parking on the premises for 3 cars. We meet and greet all our guests and provide a Welcome Pack with a few essentials like tea, coffee, milk, sugar, and a few other picky bits. Our goal is to give you the best possible Home from Home experience, towels and linen are provided to make your stay more enjoyable. If you need anything extra just ask. We do have a few house rules which are for the benefit of all our guests. - Check-in time is 3pm to 10pm . 1 hour notice prior to arrival is required. - Check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed in the property. - No parties. - Pets are allowed at the property subject to additional 10 per night and 500 Damage Deposit.

The house is spacious with 2 living room areas 4 double bedrooms and a smaller single/ double bedroom in the folly. It can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 adults and 3-4 children. There are skylights throughout the house so you can see the stars from your bed but it also means that you get awaken with day light. We recently had major work done to fix some issues with water/ heating and windows.
