We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

BARNAWARTHA ACCOMMODATION - DALKEITH CABIN

Dalkeith Cabin is situated in Barnawartha which makes a great base to explore historical Chiltern and the surrounding regions of Rutherglen, Beechworth, Yackandandah, Mt Pilot National Parkland with the snowfields of Mt Beauty 1 ½ hours away and Falls Creek 2 hours away. We are 5 minutes’ drive off the Hume Highway, and 20 minutes’ drive up the Hume to Wodonga/Albury. Come and enjoy our piece of paradise, relax on the deck after exploring our wonderful region with a glass of our regions wine.

Avalon House: The Mine Managers

The Mine Managers Suite at Avalon House has some of the original timber wall panelling dating back to 1889 giving it old word charm whilst upgraded modern amenities make it a warm and comfortable private apartment for two. This was the residence of Thomas Davey who managed the Harrietville Gold Company till the great depression in the 20’s. With a private pet friendly courtyard, it is in the centre of town walking distance to Cafes, Parks, Rivers, Pubs and all Harrietville has to offer.

Our cosy private solar powered cabin is set on our farm in the picturesque Kiewa Valley. Close to snow fields, the Hume Weir, Kiewa River, and gourmet food and wine regions. Everything you need for a relaxing weekend away from life's hustle and bustle! We have gas stove and heating and the shower is run with a solar powered gas heating system . Comfortable and eclectic, this self contained one bedroom studio (one of three) has been built almost entirely from recycled materials. Located at Alpine Ridge, in the heart of the high country and just 4 kilometres from the base of Mt Buller, it is perfectly located for exploring this pristine area. Suitable for people who love the mountains and everything that goes with it. Two other studios are also available.
