This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

Very conveniently located condo unit on the third floor. Not for serious cooker as we do not provide standard oven and stove, but come with dishwasher and a full size fridge. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, Thai, Chinese, Italian, American, and Mideast. Arsenal mall full of entertainment and shopping is walking distance.

The house offers 7 sleeping places which is perfect for families and groups however there is no living room. Great place to stay with dogs as there is a backyard and lots of walking options.
