Great spot to sit outside for your morning coffee and wonderful for having dinner outside. About a 10-15 minute drive to RIT and University of Rochester.

In the other walkable direction is the Genesee, Sushi and restaurants. This apartment has plenty of space and color. It has musical instruments, games, and a desk full of art supplies.
