Home in the country this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house will accommodate 6 guests with ease. With its warm decor and modern amenities located on 10 acres with access to our private pond enjoy nature and local wildlife, the pavillion, and fire pits. The pond and pavillion are shared spaces so you might see me and my family and friends from time to time and sometimes we host parties. You can also enjoy your private patio with comfortable seating and a grill and your own private fire pit at the house.

Very quiet peaceful place to relax 5 min to Sylvania, & Pacesetter Park, 5 acre parcel offering large pond for swimming & fishing. Lots of parks that offer riding & walking trails. Many golf courses near by, or play our 9 hole Par 2 golf course on site. Pond offer lots of fun, swimming, paddle boat, fishing, slide, & relaxing on the beach.
