Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Little Bengate Barn is a perfect hideaway, ideal for a short break or longer holiday to perhaps celebrate a birthday or anniversary, or to stay longer and explore the surrounding area. On the doorstep of the Norfolk Broads and the North Norfolk Coast. Not far from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Worstead with it's pub. The cottage also benefits from a new Wellis hot tub, which is shared with our other 1 bedroom cottage and can be booked for private use.

A perfect setting for couples in the heart of the Norfolk countryside on the outskirts of the historic Aylsham market town. 1 dog welcome, but not to be left alone in the property The Dairy forms part of Spratt's Green Farm and was completely renovated over 1.5 years, finished in July 2022. The property dates from the 1800s and whilst it now has all the nice bits you would expect, we have retained original features like exposed beams, old bread maker and copper boiler.
